Animation

After being nominated for an Annie Award from his work on Sheriff Callie's Wild West (Disney JR.), Mike has been making a name for himself in the Animation Industry.  He's had the privilege of writing music for Mickey and the Roadster Racers (Disney), Butterbean's Cafe (Nickelodeon), Splash and Bubbles (Jim Henson Company), Netflix, Amazon, and more!

Live Action

Mike got his start working for James S. Levine, where he was able to write music for Network and Studio TV hits such as American Horror Story (FX), Glee (FOX), The Blacklist (NBC), Rizzoli and Isles (TNT), The Last Ship (TNT), Major Crimes (TNT), Royal Pains (USA), The New Normal (NBC), Damages (FX), and The Closer (TNT)

Education

Kind of Blue and Rhapsody in Blue were the first two albums Mike's dad got him as a kid.  This early love of jazz only developed further while attending the Idyllwild Arts Academy where he studied with Marshall Hawkins (Bassist for Miles Davis) and Tamir Hendelman.  He went on to receive a double degree in Film Scoring and Piano Performance from the Berklee College of Music
